Your AWB (Air Waybill) number is in your shipping confirmation email and SMS. Your order ID is in your order confirmation email (looks like #1042 or CF-1042). Either one works in the tracker above.

No. Tracking updates happen when the courier scans your package at a hub. Long gaps between scans (especially overnight or in transit between cities) are normal. If there's no update for 48+ hours, contact us.

When your order arrives, simply pay the courier in cash. Please have exact change ready if possible. Our team will confirm your COD order via call or SMS before dispatch.

No problem. Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. They'll usually call before each attempt. If all 3 fail, the order returns to us and we can re-ship (shipping charges may apply).

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — email support@theclearfortress.in with your order ID and new address. After dispatch, address changes aren't possible.
