⏱️ Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after we send your order confirmation email or SMS.

You'll receive another notification on email and SMS when your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking link.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Across India

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

* Delivery to metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) is typically 2–3 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and remote PIN codes may take up to 5 business days.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India. Pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

How COD works:

1. Place your order and select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.

2. Confirm your order via the SMS / WhatsApp / call from our team.

3. Pay the courier in cash when your package arrives.

* A small COD handling fee may be added at checkout depending on order value and PIN code. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be confirmed.

📍 Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order anytime at theclearfortress.in/apps/17TRACK.

Please Note: Allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the courier's website after you receive your shipping confirmation.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

The Clear Fortress is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can start a claim with the courier partner.

Important: Please record an unboxing video of your package and keep all original packaging materials before filing a claim. This documentation is required by our courier partners for the claims process.

📮 Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping address and PIN code at checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails (no one at home, wrong address, refused at door), our courier partner will attempt 2 more deliveries before returning the package to us. Re-shipping a returned package may incur additional charges.
