Once approved, your refund is processed immediately. Money is back in your account within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

To keep things fair for everyone, we can't process refunds for:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
  • Claims without a valid order number
  • COD orders that were refused at the doorstep without a valid reason

Common Questions

Do I need to return the product for a refund?
No! For our 90-day "Clear or Free" guarantee, you don't need to return anything. We trust that you've given the product a fair try. For damaged items, we just ask for a photo and unboxing video — no return shipping required.
What counts as "seeing results"?
We're looking for noticeable improvement — fewer new breakouts on your chin and jawline, reduced inflammation, skin that's visibly clearer. We're not expecting perfection in 90 days, but you should see meaningful progress. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll discuss your experience.
I paid by Cash on Delivery. How will I get my refund?
For COD orders, we refund via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or NEFT bank transfer. Once your refund is approved, our team will request your UPI ID or bank account details over email or WhatsApp, and the money will reach you within 3–5 business days.
I'm on day 60 and not seeing much change. Should I request a refund?
Some people see results in 3–4 weeks, others need the full 90 days (especially for stubborn hormonal acne with deep cysts). If you're not seeing any improvement by day 60, email us — we can help troubleshoot your routine or process a refund, whichever you prefer.
What if my package says delivered but I didn't receive it?
First, check with neighbours, your watchman, or the apartment reception. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order details. We'll investigate with the courier partner (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post) and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I just changed my mind?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund immediately. After delivery, we'd encourage you to try the system — that's why we have the 90-day guarantee. But if you have a genuine reason, reach out and we'll work something out.
My COD order was returned because no one was home. What now?
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order returns to us. You can request a re-ship (additional shipping charges may apply) or we'll cancel the order at no cost to you. Please make sure someone is available to receive COD orders.
