Subscription Policy | The Clear Fortress India

This Subscription Policy applies to all recurring purchase plans ("Subscriptions") offered on theclearfortress.in, operated by Suson Adhikari Media OPC Private Limited (CIN: 15195864), Registered Office: 3rd Floor, 130, Sadbhavana Apartment, New Young Association, IP Extension, Patparganj, East Delhi, Delhi – 110092 ("we", "us", "the Company").
1. Available Plans & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable charges. Current subscription plans:
- Mohini — 1 Bottle Monthly: ₹899 per month (1 bottle delivered every month)
- Mohini — Buy 2 Get 1 Free Monthly: ₹1,329 per month (3 bottles delivered every month)
- Mohini — Buy 3 Get 1 Free Monthly: ₹1,749 per month (4 bottles delivered every month)
Shipping is free on all subscription orders. The exact amount you will be charged is displayed before you authorise payment and never changes without notice (see Section 6).
2. How Billing Works
Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, using UPI Autopay or card e-mandates as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on recurring transactions.
- When you subscribe, you authorise a recurring payment mandate once, using your UPI app or card with additional factor authentication (AFA).
- Your first charge happens immediately upon subscribing. Subsequent charges occur automatically once every month on or around the same date.
- As required by RBI, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before every renewal charge (sent by Razorpay and/or your bank via SMS/email). You may cancel the upcoming debit from that notification before it is processed.
3. Order & Delivery
Each successful subscription charge automatically generates an order to the delivery address you provided at signup, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Delivery timelines and logistics are governed by our Shipping Policy. To change your delivery address, contact us (Section 7) at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fee, by any of the following methods:
- Emailing support@theclearfortress.in from your registered email with the subject "Cancel Subscription" (please include your registered phone number);
- Cancelling the mandate from the pre-debit notification you receive before each charge; or
- Revoking the UPI Autopay mandate directly in your UPI app (e.g. GPay, PhonePe, Paytm → Autopay/Mandates section) or the card mandate via your bank.
Cancellation takes effect from your next billing cycle. Any charge already processed before cancellation will be fulfilled as a final delivery (or refunded as per Section 5 if it has not yet been shipped). Email cancellation requests are actioned within 2 business days of receipt.
5. Refunds
- Charge processed but order not yet shipped: full refund of that charge, initiated within 5 business days of your request.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: full refund of the incorrect amount, initiated within 5 business days of verification.
- Delivered products: covered by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and 90-day money-back guarantee applicable to your first subscription delivery.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. After initiation, banks typically take 5–7 business days to credit the amount.
6. Price or Plan Changes
If we change the price or contents of your subscription plan, we will notify you by email/SMS at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Under RBI rules, a change in the charge amount beyond your authorised mandate requires your fresh approval — you will never be charged a higher amount without re-authorisation. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before your next billing date at no cost.
7. Failed or Missed Payments
If a renewal charge fails (insufficient balance, expired mandate, bank error), we may retry the charge in line with RBI norms. If payment cannot be completed, that month's delivery is skipped and your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You will not be charged for skipped deliveries.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.
9. General
This policy is to be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
